Your new role This is a strategic HR Business Partner role partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support organisational performance and long-term objectives. You'll lead workforce planning, organisational change and transformation initiatives, while providing expert advice on complex employment matters and people-related risk. Working as a trusted advisor, you'll influence and coach senior stakeholders, use workforce data and insight to inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across people practices and services. You'll also lead and develop a small HR team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive and supportive culture. Key focus areas include: Strategic HR partnering and stakeholder engagement Organisational change and transformation Workforce planning and talent strategy Complex employee relations and risk management Leadership coaching and capability development People analytics and insight-led decision-making HR service improvement and team leadership Equality, diversity and inclusion What you'll need to succeed: This opportunity would suit a commercially minded, Chartered CIPD HR professional who enjoys influencing at a senior level, leading change and delivering impactful people solutions. You will demonstrate experience operating at a strategic business partnering level within a complex organisation. You will have a proven track record of leading organisational change and workforce transformation, using data and insight to influence decision-making and drive positive business outcomes. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, with the credibility and influencing skills to build strong stakeholder relationships, provide pragmatic solutions and guide decision-making on complex people matters. Key requirements: Chartered Member or Fellow of the CIPD, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Experience leading organisational change, transformation and workforce planning initiatives. Strong understanding of organisational risk, employment matters and compliance. Skilled at analysing complex issues and providing practical, risk-based advice. Confident coaching, supporting and constructively challenging senior leaders to drive continuous improvement. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
