We are looking for an experienced Capacity Manager to join a large-scale technology and operations environment.

This role will focus on ensuring services, infrastructure, and applications have the capacity required to meet both current and future business demand, while reducing the risk of performance issues and service disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor service, infrastructure, and application capacity trends across the estate.
  • Identify potential capacity constraints and performance risks before they impact users or services.
  • Coordinate capacity planning activities with technical and operational teams.
  • Support major incident management by assessing capacity and resilience impacts.
  • Contribute to service recovery planning where capacity and performance are affected.
  • Produce demand forecasts and growth plans to support strategic decision-making.
  • Escalate capacity-related risks and issues to operational and leadership stakeholders.
