You will be joining a leading, fast-moving, global investment management company during a period of growth within its HR operations, including onboarding. You will be joining an organisation with a headcount of 400-500 in an impressive London office, with further plans to grow. Your new role
Your role will be pivotal in creating an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners, and a great opportunity for someone early on in their career from a similar, global organisation, to really develop within onboarding and HR. You will be:
- First point of contact for new joiners to the company, signposting to relevant materials/support and addressing potential queries
- Managing various internal and external stakeholders to align global initiatives to the London office
- Overseeing a mentorship scheme
- Distributing welcome materials for new joiners
- Overseeing facilitation and operational duties regarding the onboarding calendar
- Running engaging sessions to introduce new joiners to the company.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years' experience managing LMS in a global capacity
- Proven knowledge of LMS and Workday
- Proven experience developing and encouraging a strong learning culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
- Proven strong time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
