This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing supervisor looking to join a well-established organisation with a strong focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee development. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day production activities, lead multi-shift teams, and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Your new role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will: Lead and motivate production teams across daily operations. Manage labour resources, attendance, training, performance, and employee relations. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, purchasing, and supply chain teams to resolve operational challenges. Monitor and improve machine utilisation, productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Develop plans to maximise machining capacity, reduce downtime, and improve throughput. Coordinate production schedules and outsourced manufacturing activities. Lead daily and weekly production meetings and foster a culture of accountability and engagement. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance.
