An established and growing construction business with a dedicated Facilities Management division is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join its Head Office team in Omagh. The company delivers both planned and reactive maintenance works across Northern Ireland, operating within live environments such as public-sector facilities.

With a strong reputation for delivering projects efficiently and safely, the organisation places high importance on health and safety compliance, excellent client communication, and minimising disruption to building users.

As Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Facilities Management service delivery team:

  • Managing the Facilities Management switchboard and acting as a key point of contact
  • Allocating jobs to contractors and monitoring progress
  • Managing invoices, accounts, and supporting financial processes
  • Producing weekly and monthly performance reports

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within Facilities Management or construction is required, along with:

  • Competency in coordinating contractors and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English
