Hays are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a growing organisation within the engineering sector. This role is based in Oldham and will run for a minimum of 6 months.

Your new role:

  • Providing general administrative support to internal teams
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
  • Processing invoices and supporting billing activities
  • Reviewing expense submissions and assisting with timesheet administration
  • Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, including supplier queries
  • Assisting with reporting and maintaining financial records
