Your new role
You will be responsible for general management administration for the CEO including arranging daily schedules, travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips, organising agendas for regular board of management meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions and deadlines, drafting legal documents, reviewing new contracts, maintenance of the contract database, raising purchase orders and processing invoices, managing and maintaining all current and future contracts directly relating to the facilities of premises including general buildings, cleaning and any additional services. It is working 30 hours per week in total, Monday to Friday.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have previous administration experience in supporting a senior leadership team, attention to detail and experience of working on complex topics and a high level of skills and knowledge in the use of MS Office applications.
