Are you an experienced OD Practitioner or Role Profile Developer with a passion for organisational change and job design? We’re looking for a skilled professional to support a local council in shaping its workforce for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production of role profiles, supporting and guiding line managers through the process.
- Utilise Roadmapper technology to help managers understand and apply it effectively.
- Confidently challenge job briefings, questioning criteria and duties to ensure clarity and necessity.
- Understand and apply Job Evaluation (JE) principles within the broader organisational context.
- Receive training on methodology and techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate on organisational change programmes, helping to clarify structures and roles.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in corporate or public sector environments.
- Proven experience in organisational development, job analysis, or role profiling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in-office presence.
