Hybrid – 2 days/week in office (Local Council)

Are you an experienced OD Practitioner or Role Profile Developer with a passion for organisational change and job design? We’re looking for a skilled professional to support a local council in shaping its workforce for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production of role profiles, supporting and guiding line managers through the process.
  • Utilise Roadmapper technology to help managers understand and apply it effectively.
  • Confidently challenge job briefings, questioning criteria and duties to ensure clarity and necessity.
  • Understand and apply Job Evaluation (JE) principles within the broader organisational context.
  • Receive training on methodology and techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate on organisational change programmes, helping to clarify structures and roles.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in corporate or public sector environments.
  • Proven experience in organisational development, job analysis, or role profiling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in-office presence.
