Role Overview As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting employee health and safety initiatives. You will assess and manage workplace health risks, promote wellness programs, and provide health education to employees. Key Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees. Develop and implement occupational health policies and programs. Provide first aid and emergency response as needed. Advise management on health and safety regulations and best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address workplace health issues. Educate employees on health promotion and disease prevention. Maintain accurate health records and documentation. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license. 2 years of adult nursing, phlebotomy and vaccinations experience. Experience in occupational health, public health, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
