Accountabilities

Undertake OH case management

Support &/or deliver workplace assessments

Provide ad-hoc telephone advice to management

Attend department meetings e.g. sickness absence

Undertake project management in OH subject areas

Contribute to SEQOHS accreditation

Participate in internal and external CPDs

Undertake quality improvement and quality assurance activities such as clinical audits

Provide representation at OH case conferences and employment tribunals when required

Willing to travel and work flexibly at different sites

Assist OHBPs in running of OHA and nursing service

Participate at Crisis Management incidents

Deliver training to management

Undertake OHPN duties when required

Carry out any other duties commensurate with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post
