Established for over 50 years, this practice has built a strong reputation for delivering inspirational and practical design solutions across a wide range of sectors.

Acting as a key advisor to clients, you will manage multi‐disciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects valued between 300k–10m.

Act as Lead Consultant, coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Produce site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning applications, including those requiring security clearance.

Prepare detailed designs for competitive tender, manage tendering processes, and conduct post‐tender analysis.

Serve as Project Manager/Contract Administrator, overseeing site progress, technical compliance, and financial performance.

Ensure adherence to UK Building Regulations and sector‐specific standards.

Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Revit and Auto CAD; BIM experience desirable.

Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and NBS specification writing.

Experience of a multi‐discipline project environment, ideally across Defence, Maritime or similar infrastructure settings (desirable but not essential).
