My Nottingham-based client is seeking to appoint an administrator to support senior leadership and play a pivotal role in ensuring communications, priorities and projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Administrative Assistant Support
- Provide proactive, trusted support to senior leaders, managing diaries, travel, meetings and correspondence.
- Prepare briefing packs, agendas, minutes and follow-ups for leadership and project meetings.
- Track progress across multiple projects, maintaining plans, milestones, actions and dependencies.
- Collate updates from contributors and ensure accurate reporting on status, risks and issues.
- Produce high-quality presentation materials for internal and external audiences, including board-level and client-facing decks.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Skills & Experience Essential
- Proven experience as a Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant, Project Controller, or similar role.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
