Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of residential developments located within 30 minutes of the Nottingham area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of new build and affordable housing projects from inception through to completion.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee all operational aspects of the project, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are achieved. You will provide leadership and direction to Site Managers and wider project teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overall project planning and delivery
  • Managing and supporting Site Managers and site teams
  • Programme and budget management
  • Stakeholder and client relationship management
  • Monitoring quality, health & safety, and compliance standards
  • Risk management and problem-solving
  • Reporting project performance to senior management
  • Ensuring developments are delivered on time and within budgetWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of managing residential construction projects and a strong understanding of affordable housing delivery. Experience delivering traditional build and/or timber frame housing developments is highly desirable. You will also possess:
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card
