About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing surveying practice in Nottingham for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who has previous experience working within a surveyors, property, construction, or professional services environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting surveyors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to a team of Surveyors.

Preparing and formatting reports, valuation documents, and correspondence.

Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments.

Handling inbound telephone and email enquiries professionally.

Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

Processing documentation and ensuring compliance records are up-to-date.

Coordinating surveys and arranging appointments.

Filing and document management, both electronic and paper-based.

Assisting with invoicing and other general office administration duties.
