Your New Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be site-based in Lincoln, supporting the commercial delivery of healthcare projects including new hospital buildings, refurbishments and upgrades, and maintenance work. Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider project team, you’ll assist with cost control, subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and commercial reporting while developing your knowledge within a Tier One environment.
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 1 year’s experience with a main contractor, ideally on new build or refurbishment projects (commercial sector preferred)
- CSCS card (Green or above)
- A full UK driving licence
- To be based within 1 hour of Lincoln, or willing to lodge close to the project
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to progress your QS career
