This premier firm are top of their game in the Banking sector, advising high-profile domestic and international clients on complex cross-border transactions. With a growing Bristol-based Banking team which works hand in hand with the firm's London team, a need has arisen to recruit a Banking lawyer to join their award-winning team.
Working closely with teams of lawyers in Bristol, London and across this firm's network of international offices, you will have the opportunity to advise and support an enviable client base on the full raft of transactional and general banking matters. You will enjoy early responsibility and be exposed to City quality and complexity of work, all with the benefit of being based in the Southwest. You will have the opportunity to expand your existing experience with exposure to everything from Corporate lending and all varieties of financing, to corporate trustee work and restructuring.
You will be a Banking lawyer with an excellent academic background who has trained and worked for a leading City, International or respected national practice and have enjoyed exposure to a varied and broad transactional and general banking caseload. This role offers the benefit of City quality projects work, with all the benefits of living and working in the Southwest and would suit someone already established in the Southwest or someone looking to move out of London but not compromise on the quality of work they handle.
