Established for over 50 years, this practice has built a strong reputation for delivering inspirational and practical design solutions across a wide range of sectors. Your New RoleAs a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of projects across diverse sectors. Acting as a key advisor to clients, you will manage multi‐disciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects valued between 300k–10m, including sensitive and secure sector schemes. Act as Lead Technologist, coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Produce site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning applications, including those requiring security clearance. Prepare detailed technical designs for competitive tender, manage tendering processes, and conduct post‐tender analysis. Serve as Project Manager/Contract Administrator, overseeing site progress, technical compliance, and financial performance. Ensure adherence to UK Building Regulations and sector‐specific standards. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM experience desirable. Excellent technical knowledge, detailing, and specification writing skills. Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and NBS specification writing.
