Hays Norwich is a well-established office with strong regional coverage across the East of England and beyond. This role sits within a high-performing Engineering team based out of East Anglia, we are expanding the team and looking for two new team members responsible for recruiting permanent Manufacturing Engineers and Engineering Managers across the Midlands region.

  • 1 x Recruitment consultant focussed on permanent roles in East Midlands
  • 1 x Recruitment consultant focussed on permanent roles in West Midlands

This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on business development and market growth.

  • Recruiting permanent Manufacturing Engineers and Engineering Managers across the East Midlands
  • Conducting market mapping to identify key clients and talent pipelines
  • Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within engineering or manufacturing.
