Your new company A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Gateperson / Traffic Marshal to join a busy commercial construction project in Kings Lynn. This is a long-term opportunity on a major development, offering consistent work through to July 2027. Your new role As a Gateperson / Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in maintaining site safety and security. Duties will include: Managing the movement of vehicles entering and leaving the site Directing deliveries and site traffic safely Ensuring all visitors and contractors sign in and follow site procedures Maintaining site access control and security Conducting basic site paperwork and records Supporting site management with general health and safety requirements Promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on site
To be considered for this role, you must have: Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal card or NPORS N403 Traffic Marshal qualification (or SATM CLOCS) Previous experience working as a Gateperson or Traffic Marshal on construction sites Good communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety Full PPE Ability to provide references upon request
