A well-established and growing Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Northamptonshire is looking to strengthen its projects team with the appointment of a Mechanical Project Manager. The business delivers mechanical packages across a range of sectors including residential accommodation (apartment blocks), commercial offices, and healthcare projects, typically ranging in value from £100k to £3.5m. With a strong pipeline of secured work and an established service & maintenance arm, the company offers stability and continued growth.
Projects are primarily based across the Midlands, although some travel beyond the region may be required depending on project location.
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical projects, typically managing 2-3 projects concurrently. The role has a strong focus on project delivery, productivity, and health & safety, with less emphasis on commercial or budgetary responsibilities, allowing you to focus on operational excellence.
- Managing mechanical projects from pre-start through to completion
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
