As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple electrical projects from inception through to completion and handover. You will manage programmes, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Your role will involve:
- Leading site teams and subcontractors
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with commercial teams to ensure profitability across your contracts
- Overseeing technical compliance
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Electrical Project Manager
- Background working for an electrical or M&E contractor
- Experience delivering projects across commercial and/or industrial sectors
- Strong capability managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Good commercial awareness and cost control experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of BS7671 and current health & safety legislation
- Full UK driving licence
