Hays Education is looking for enthusiastic, proactive Cover Supervisors to support a range of vibrant secondary schools across Northamptonshire. What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson work in the teacher's absence
- Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track
- Managing behaviour effectively using school policies
- Ensuring any safeguarding concerns are reported to the DSL promptly

- Experience working with young people (school, coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
- Confident communication and classroom management skills
