Role Overview This is a hybrid Executive Assistant position supporting senior leadership, requiring a highly organised, proactive individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements Essential experience includes:
- Executive Assistant support at Director, Executive Team or Board level
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Organising and coordinating meetings, committees and governance activities
- Producing high-quality Board, Committee and Meeting minutes
- Preparing agendas, papers and presentations
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Resilient, proactive and tenacious approach
