This is a newly created temporary part-time Parking Assistant/Customer Services job to support my client through a busy period of time. This is primarily a customer service role, but may also involve a range of general support functions including administration, contractor liaison, and support for ensuring that everything in this business unit runs smoothly.
- Monitor the shared parking inbox; responding to car parking queries from the public, as well as internal general enquiries.
- Handle visitor queries over the phone when required, and action any call back requests from our visitors.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to manage parking equipment service requests raised by our internal district teams.
- Support the Membership team on parking issues.
- Any other parking related tasks reasonably requested by your line manager.
Exemplary written and oral customer service skills. Competent IT user with experience of Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook).
Part-time hours, 22.5 worked on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Hybrid working pattern. On-site parking.
