We're looking for a dependable and community‐minded recycling attendant to join our team in Newtownards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with the public, and contributing to a cleaner, greener environment.
Site supervision - Maintain a safe, clean, and well‐organised recycling facility.
Customer assistance - Help residents sort and dispose of waste correctly, offering friendly guidance.
Waste management - Monitor containers, ensure proper segregation, and report contamination issues.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Basic understanding of recycling and waste‐handling procedures (training provided)
Physical fitness to carry out manual handling tasks
