Plasterer - Construction in Newtownabbey

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering work while ensuring excellent standards of workmanship, safety, and customer role involves working within occupied and void properties, completing a range of plastering repairs and refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities Remove damaged or deteriorated plaster and plasterboard from walls and ceilings. Carry out patch repairs and full-room plastering works. Prepare surfaces for plastering, ensuring a high-quality finish. Complete work to agreed timescales and quality standards. What you'll need to succeed Essential Criteria Minimum 5 years' experience in plastering. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Plastering. Full valid driving licence. Experience in domestic maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works. Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail. Desirable Criteria Experience working within social housing or public sector maintenance contracts. Experience carrying out additional general building repairs. Ability to work as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team. Equipment & Facilities Power tools provided. On-site facilities available.
