Your Role

As a Joiner, you'll carry out a wide range of response maintenance and building work across NIHE properties. You'll also perform minor tasks outside your core trade when required, ensuring high standards of quality construction and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs, reactive maintenance, and minor installations within qualified work areas
  • Diagnose and resolve faults with attention to customer service
  • Ensure all work meets NIHE's quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records and complete relevant paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with peers, contractors, and management
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times
  • Uphold data protection policies
  • Check and maintain the integrity of fire doors

What You'll Need to Succeed
