Your new role

Are you a practical, hands-on individual who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable and skilled handyperson to join our team and help maintain our properties with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general repairs and maintenance across our sites
  • Address minor plumbing and electrical issues (where qualified)
  • Carry out painting, decorating, and basic carpentry
  • Assemble furniture, hang pictures, and change light bulbs
  • Support seasonal gardening and outdoor upkeep
  • Respond to repair requests in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Obtain Basic Access NI
