Your new role
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will:
- Prepare and implement electrical contracts
- Plan and programme labour and projects effectively
- Lead site teams and direct labour
- Communicate with clients and design teams
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
One overnight stay in London per week may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Electrical background: time-served Electrician or HNC+ in Building Services
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Electrical Design Engineer
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation on large-scale projects
- Leadership skills with commercial awareness and accountability
- Ability to motivate and coach teams
