Your new company: An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing MEP projects division, supporting a strong pipeline of long-term local work. You’ll work alongside an experienced commercial team, taking ownership of the commercial delivery across multiple live projects.
This role offers real scope to develop, with ongoing training and exposure across the full project lifecycle.
- Manage the commercial performance of multiple live MEP projects alongside the Contracts team
- Assist with subcontractor procurement, order preparation and supply chain coordination
- Support monthly reporting, including cost/value reconciliations and forecasting
- Collate sales and cost data for divisional reporting
- Attend site visits to review progress, valuations and variation activity with project teams
MEP QS experience preferred; main contractor QS with JCT/NEC also considered. Good IT skills, particularly Excel. Full UK driving licence.
