Your new role You will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring the accurate management of financial operations, reporting and controls. You will work closely with operational and fee-earning teams, providing financial insight and support to aid commercial decision- responsibilities will include: Preparing monthly management accounts and management reporting packs. Delivering financial and operational reporting to senior stakeholders. Assisting with the preparation of statutory financial statements and year-end audit processes. Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls. Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting activities. Managing key financial operations, including accounts payable, intercompany transactions and settlements. Leading month-end processes and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions. Supporting banking activities, cashflow management and treasury-related tasks. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Building strong relationships with both local and international stakeholders across the organisation. What you'll need to succeed A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Experienced within a finance environment, ideally with 3-5 years' post-qualified or industry experience. Strong in financial reporting, management accounting and financial controls. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and providing financial guidance. Experienced in month-end, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting and audit support. Commercially aware with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
