Antrim, specialising in main contracting, mechanical & electrical facilities and build services within the healthcare, education, commercial & industrial sectors. The company has built an enviable industry name over the last 40 years on their specialist team, consistently delivering high quality service on a variety of projects for a diverse range of long-term clients.
Due to ongoing project requirements, this company is now seeking the services of an experienced Site Supervisor for a live industrial scheme in Co. Down.
Your new role involves the management of day-to-day operations on a live industrial scheme in Co. Down. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently on the ground, whilst supervising subcontractors and liaising with the client. Previous experience working on fast-paced commercial schemes is essential. This is initially a temporary role with potential for further works.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience managing commercial or industrial refurbishment schemes is essential.
- Rounded building knowledge required to deliver the full programme of works.
- Ideally, you will come from a build or fit out background with a proven track record of delivering multimillion projects.
- A valid CSR (Site Supervisor)/CSCS or SMSTS certification is essential.
- You will be immediately available or working a shortened notice period.
