You will oversee the integrated management system, support ISO audits, and champion a proactive safety culture. The role also involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting environmental compliance, and developing QHSE capability across the workforce.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven management experience in a QHSE role within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or similar sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, with familiarity in ISO 14001.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits.
  • A structured, methodical approach to systems and process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
