Your newpany
A well-established manufacturing business with a significant Northern Ireland site and operations across the UK and Ireland.
Your new role
As HR Business Partner you will be the senior HR presence on site, taking full ownership of the people agenda across the operation. This is a hands-on generalist role with a clear mandate to build a solid, consistent people framework (contracts, policies, time and attendance, recruitment, absence, performance and a full employee relations caseload). You will partner closely with operational and functional leaders across finance, technical and R&D, coaching managers and driving consistent, fair people practice across the site. Over time, you will have real influence over the future shape of the function, including building support beneath you and expanding into workforce planning and development as the business grows.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
A salary up to Β£60,000, with genuine flexibility beyond that for candidates who bring strongmercial experience. The role is Monday to Friday, site-based in Newry, with supportive flexibility on start and finish times. Most importantly, you get ownership: the chance to build an HR function properly, on your terms, in a business that is investing, expanding and openlymitted to changing how it operates with clear scope to grow your remit and your team as the business grows.
