Your new role

The Electrical Estimator will support an expanding pipeline of data centre and mission‑critical projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe, working closely withmercial, engineering and delivery teams from enquiry through to final tender submission.

Preparing accurate andpetitive electrical tenders for data centre and mission‑critical projects

Producing detailed estimates across power distribution, containment, cabling, lighting and associated systems

Identifyingmercial risks, opportunities and value‑engineering options

Supporting pre‑ and post‑tender meetings with clients, consultants and supply chain partners

Managing tender queries, clarifications and follow‑ups

Collaborating with internal teams to meet programme and submission deadlines

This role offers genuine exposure toplex, high‑value electrical packages, wheremercial judgement and technical accuracy have a direct impact on project oues.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in an electrical estimating ormercial role within building services or critical infrastructure

Background in data centres, mission‑critical, industrial or technicallyplex projects highly advantageous

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously

Confident working independently and as part of a widermercial team

Strong written and verbalmunication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
