Your new role As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of construction projects. Working closely with senior management, clients, suppliers and subcontractors, you will help drive business growth by identifying opportunities and producing commercially sound responsibilities will include: Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities and alternative solutions. Supporting the handover of successful projects to delivery teams. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Previous experience in an Estimator position within the construction sector. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
