A growing organisation is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support its ongoing ERP and digital transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level analyst to work closely with stakeholders, improving processes, supporting a D365 ERP platform, and helping deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business.
You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology - from requirements gathering and process mapping through to UAT, training and reporting support.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and improve business processes
- Support and enhance a D365 ERP system
- Assist with UAT, test planning and issue resolution
- Deliver end-user training and support
- Contribute to reporting and data quality improvements
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems

- Desirable: Exposure to Dynamics 365 (D365)
