Part time Office Administrator - Newry

This is a great opportunity to work for a well established successful Architectural company based in Newry with over 100 years industry experience. This company focuses on projects in the UK and Ireland. They have a very large diverse client portfolio and the company is continuing to expand. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Part Time office administrator. This is a part-time permanent position. They can be very flexible to accommodate 20-30 hours and can be flexible with the hours too to accommodate you. You can discuss the hours that suit you. Pay rate/salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Your new role
As Part-Time Office Administrator your duties will include:
- Answering phone calls and dealing with customer queries
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
- Downloading tenders from the E-tendering website for directors
- Completing certain parts of the tenders including company information such as insurance details, banking details etc
- Organising project meetings, liaising with architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Inputting staffβs timesheets onto system for office manager
- Managing the filing of important documents such as drawings, H&S policies and other important company information
- Handling enquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Providing excellent customer service and addressing queries promptly.
