We are now recruiting for experienced recruitment consultants to further build our Technology business in 360 specialist roles. As a specialist recruiter you will lead business development activities within a dedicated niche area, build talent pools of the best in-demand candidates and cross-sell Hays solutions as well as seek out opportunities for PSL and MSP supply.

As a specialist technology recruiter, you will become a subject matter expert and take ownership of growing one of our key areas: Data, Cloud, or Projects & Change. As an experienced consultant, you will be able to bring your expertise to our team either in your specialist sector or challenging yourself with expanding into a new sector.

What we are looking for is ways to demonstrate innovative ways of attracting the best talent and provide an outstanding service in introducing them to suitable employers, managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to appointment and post-start support. In summary your role will be an equal split of candidate engagement and client engagement activity. Your objectives will be based around three key strategic themes; Be visible and build relationships, convert candidate relationships into client relationships, and have a reputation for being a true recruiting expert in your market.
