An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Liver Team as a Therapeutic Specialist working within the Liver Franchise.
Specific responsibilities
- Deliver commercial outcomes: Achieve and exceed territory sales, market share, and performance objectives for the liver portfolio.
- Build strategic customer relationships: Develop, maintain, and expand high-value relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Execute omnichannel engagement: Plan and deliver tailored, multichannel interactions aligned to customer needs and account priorities.
- Demonstrate scientific expertise: Maintain strong product and disease knowledge (PBC, HDV); clearly communicate appropriate use and differentiation of therapies.
- Drive data-led performance: Use internal systems and market insights to track progress, identify opportunities, and implement targeted actions.
- Own territory planning: Develop and execute a clear, insight-driven business plan with defined priorities, targets, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated account plans.
- Identify and escalate risks/opportunities: Proactively surface issues, drive resolution, and inform relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accountability: Take ownership of personal performance and contribute to shared cross-functional outcomes.
- Ensure operational excellence: Deliver all administrative and operational requirements to a high standard.
