Working closely with Portfolio Managers, you will support the management of residential property portfolios across mixed tenures, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with company policies and service standards.

Lead and manage day-to-day customer enquiries via telephone, email, and the customer portal, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Support Portfolio Managers with the effective management of residential property portfolios.

Manage contractors and instruct works as required, ensuring all relevant information is provided and that works are completed in line with Grainger-approved specifications.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Excel, and Word (minimum intermediate level).
