Your new company
A social housing provider in Chesterfield is lookingfor 2 multiskilled operatives to join their team on an ongoing temporarybasis.
You’ll be forming part of a voids team tasked withupgrading recently vacated properties to bring them back up to a lettablestandard asap.
Paid weekly via Hays-
£17.26ph PAYE premium (£15.40ph basic plus £1.86 intoholiday fund)
£19ph Umbrella
(NO CIS)
Van provided to use in work hours, uniform provided,power tools provided.
Part-time role: 3x days week one, 2 x 8 hour days week two. Ideally at the beginning of theweek, 8am to 1pm
Your new role
The work is to carry out repairs at change of tenancy.
We therefore need operatives who are multiskilled whocan complete the majority of works required in a property.
Typical work includes hanging doors, patch plastering,tiling, basic plumbing, replacing kitchen units, replacing window boards,changing locks etc.
What you’ll need to succeed
NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle toget to the depot
Previous maintenance experience (ideally within socialhousing)
