You will be working for a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering responsive repairs to customers’ homes. As a multi-skilled operative with a high skill level as a Plumber you’ll be working around the Windsor, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Datchet, Bracknell and surrounding area.
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of the upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set and to comply with health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
Working as a great team player, you’ll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.
What you’ll need to succeed
Competent to complete a wide variety of plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level.
• Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience.
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
• Full Driving licence (clean)
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
