Multi-Skilled Joiner| Leicester| Up to £34,736 per annum + Van + Fuel Card

Your new roleA qualified NVQ L2 Carpenter is needed to join a housing association. The ideal candidate is a carpenter in the building trade or a multi-skilled carpenter. As you will be working within the customer’s homes, this role requires a DBS check. This can be obtained before starting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working on void properties, ensuring all joinery tasks are completed to a high standard, meeting deadlines.
• Tasks could include hanging doors, kitchen refurbishment/ fits, skirting & floors
• Carrying out other associated trade skills of basic plumbing, plaster patching, decorating and wall tiling when needed. 
• Providing exceptional customer service to customers.
• There is also the opportunity to earn additional money from being on the out of hours rota as required. 

What you need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in Carpentry
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience of delivering multi-trade work
• Good IT Skills, including Microsoft and Outlook email.
• Experienced using a PDA
• Live in/ around Market Harborough, Leicester area.
