Your new company: We are currently recruiting an experienced and hard-working Pre-Plaster Labourer for a busy new-build residential development in Morpeth. This is working for a large tier 1 contractor.
Your new role:
- Carrying out all pre-plaster preparation works within housing plots
- Loading out and distributing materials to plots
- Assisting trades such as joiners, electricians, and plumbers prior to plastering
- Sealing around windows, doors, and pipework where required
- General site labouring, including clearing plots and maintaining tidy work areas
- Ensuring work areas meet site health & safety standards
- Working to site schedules and assisting site management when needed
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous labouring experience on new build housing sites (pre-plaster experience desirable)
- Valid CSCS card
