We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Technology Lead to join a highly respected organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a senior technology professional with deep expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Workplace Technologies, coupled with proven experience managing large-scale outsourced technology services through a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
The successful candidate will act as the key interface between the business and its MSP, providing both technical oversight and strategic leadership across workplace technology services. You will be responsible for ensuring the MSP delivers secure, high-quality and cost-effective services while driving continuous improvement across the organisation's modern workplace environment.
This is not a people management role. Instead, the focus is on managing technical service delivery, supplier performance, technology change and strategic workplace initiatives through an outsourced support model. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technology partners and service providers, you will oversee the delivery and optimisation of workplace services including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365.
