Location: Kent
£20-£22 per hour
Mobile Handyperson role with Van
40 Hours per week- 8 am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Your new role
The purpose of the role will be to carry out reactive maintenance and scheduled redecoration works across Kent. The role will also entail small works and emergency procedures as required. You will also be included in an out of hours call out rota. The role is a mobile position covering various locations across Kent.
The role will include:
General carpentry repairs to fabric associated works (Non fire related doors, door frames , handles, wall patch repairs, blinds, fittings & fixtures, decking )
Installing shelves, pictures, notice boards.
Replacement and installation of locks.
General maintenance including moving furniture, clearing gutters etc.
Seasonal gritting of the estate.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in building maintenance.
Manual handling
Willing to develop and learn.
Ability to manage and organise own workload.
Work unsupervised and be proactive while working across the estates.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a common sense approach to problems and basic repairs with the ability to deliver solutions.
A valid full clean driving license is required for the role.
