Mobile Caretaker in Cambridge

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for property maintenance? We\’re looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our team, supporting a portfolio of properties across Cambridge.
About the Role:
As a Mobile Caretaker, you\’ll be the friendly face our residents rely on to keep their homes safe, clean, and well-maintained. You\’ll travel between sites, carrying out a variety of tasks including:

• Cleaning of communal areas
• Groundskeeping and communal area upkeep
• Health & safety checks and reporting

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a cleaning, grounds, gardening or caretaking role
• A full UK driving licence
• A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Basic IT skills for logging tasks and reporting issues
