Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and supportive schools across the Kettering area. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
- Support pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional development.
- Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We're Looking For
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties is highly desirable.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
