A large, well-established organisation undergoing improvements across its IT service operations and project delivery processes. The team is looking to simplify the way BAU, workflows, vendor interactions and project support functions operate.

You will be joining the team to help streamline and stabilise the current service and project support processes. The role is a blend of hands-on operational work and improvement-focused activity.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Raising and progressing ServiceNow requests
  • Submitting and tracking firewall change requests
  • Supporting Project Managers with operational administration
  • Managing vendor licencing and technical admin tasks
  • Building and maintaining the relationship with Infosys and other partners
  • Mapping, documenting, and simplifying BAU workflows
  • Identifying where processes are overly complex and implementing improvements
  • Helping to create a more consistent way of working across service and projects

The role requires someone who can sit within the team, understand the pain points, and take ownership of making the environment smoother and more efficient.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Understanding of IT change processes, ideally including firewall or infrastructure submissions
  • Strong process mindset - able to map workflows and spot inefficiencies
  • Comfortable with both hands-on operational tasks and improvement-focused work
  • Ability to work closely with vendors (Infosys experience advantageous)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, ownership-focused approach with the confidence to embed yourself in the team
  • Background in service operations, service delivery, technical admin, or project support
  • Experience working with ServiceNow would be an advantage (raising, managing, progressing requests)

What you’ll get in return:

  • A 12-month contract with strong potential to extend long-term
  • Opportunity to take ownership of improving how a key part of the business operates
  • Experience working in a high-visibility role within an established team
  • The chance to genuinely shape processes and make meaningful improvements
